Return Policy

14 Day Returns – Returns Policy

CCTV Doctor Ltd offers a 14 day full refund period starting from the date of delivery. A full refund will be credited as long as the goods are packaged as sold and with all items, leads, connectors, manuals and accessories in new condition. If the goods are not in new condition we hold the right to not issue a full credit refund.

Refunds do not include postage and packaging. It is the senders responsibility to bear the cost and insurance of the return delivery back to us. Returns can be arranged upon request and deducted from your refund amount. Returning the product, you must arrange the return of the product(s) to the following address – Must be recorded delivery:
